- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:

- Kerala: 2–4 business days  
- South India: 3–6 business days  
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days  
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- Complimentary shipping may be offered on selected collections or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp for real-time tracking updates.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Saan Kaelor Jewellery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
